Aero came to us in
July of 2002 from Pat & Morty Jenkins (Wolfmountain Alaskan Malamutes), from
Richmond, Utah, U.S.A. Aero is a son of
Multi BIS/BISS Am Ch.Barrenfield's Major
Knockout (owned by Andrea Allen & Brock Powell) and Am Ch. Wolfmtn's Watching 'Z' Terraglo
(Breeder/owner Pat Jenkins). We would like to thank breeders Morty & Pat for
giving us the opportunity to own Aero! Aero finished his Canadian Championship quickly in four weekends. Aero not only picked up points at the breed level but at the group level, finishing his Championship with Group 2nd under Judge Barbara Innes on his first birthday May 1 2003. Aero also did well at the Alaskan Malamute Club of America National Specialty placing 2nd in the 12-18 month class next to his full sibling Sugar, under breeder/judge Barbara Brooks. Aero is also a Multi Group Winner and Multiple Group placer and Best Puppy in Group winner, under well respected judges! Aero was shown sparingly in 2004 picking up many group wins and placements including winning the 2004 AMCA Working Dog Showcase while attending the AMCA Nationals in Ogden, Utah, USA. Since Aero has never been too fond of the show ring, he has been neutered and will enjoy life teaching the youngster the ropes of sledding. Aero is consistent and focused worker in harness. As a young dog, Aero demonstrated some lead abilities and quickly learned his role on our small team. Aero also completed the following working titles: Working Team Dog (AMCA), Working Pack Dog (AMCA) and Working Skijor Dog (AMHL). Aero has also competed in the Annual Mill River Races (ISDRA) 3 dog race and 2 dog skijoring competitions. AERO WINS THE 2004 ALASKAN MALAMUTE CLUB OF AMERICA National Specialty
